What the Business Development Portal can do:

  • Use the home page to view a graph of sales results. These results are read directly from the sales reports, so as long as your team are adding regular sales reports, the rest is automatic.
  • Use the project, proposal and tender development areas to allow your team to work collaboratively. Virtual teams can access the site from anywhere, at any time to make their contribution
  • Use the site as your knowledge base. All pages and attachments are fully searchable. Extra features such as labels and hyperlinks can help connect information to create knowledge.
  • Attach documents to the resource center to create a library of interesting reading for the team
  • Use the CRM to maintain a list of contacts. Make notes on your activity with your contacts so the whole team can see what is going on.
  • Develop and disseminate your business development plans in the portal to ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
